Art classes in Des Moines

Des Moines is the capital of Iowa. It has a lot to offer, with downtown where you can shop, eat, and hang out with friends. With Iowa being a small state and not very well-known, there are not a lot of opportunities for fun and basic things. It can be hard since Iowa is not known for artists to come to visit for concerts, games, or have things like Six Flags, Coachella, and other things that other states have. Though sometimes throughout the years, the Des Moines area hosts certain things for people to learn and create.

One that I have seen is creative pop-ups happening once in a while. With the downtown farmers market and festivals happening during the summer, and creative outlets like painting and drawing during the winter. If you are ever bored this winter, you can find workshops and events that businesses and clubs host to get involved with the community and not always be stuck at home.
